Personalized New York Blacked Out Excelsior Custom License Plate

NOTICE: Not available for sale to customers in New York.

This plate is our novelty version of the Blackout New York "EXCELSIOR" plate that superseded the old "Empire State" plate in April of 2020. Customize this novelty license plate with your own custom text! For customization, use the ~ (tilde key) to insert the NY state silhouette.

EXAMPLE:  ABC~1234

To find the tilde key on a phone, navigate to the numbers keyboard. On a computer, it's typically located to the left of the number 1 key. This plate looks best with a max of 8 characters (including the NY state silhouette).
