Toasted Terra Cotta Wool Top Color Bundle – Spinning Fiber
Rust and Earth-Tone Wool Top Bundle for Spinning, Felting, and Fiber Art
Part of the Shetland Collection, this dyed wool top bundle includes six warm shades inspired by rust, clay, and autumn earth tones. Prepared as combed wool top, the fiber drafts smoothly for spinning and blends easily for felting, weaving, and other fiber arts.
The Toasted Terra Cotta palette features rich copper, cinnamon, and natural brown tones that work well for rustic yarns, woodland-inspired projects, and warm tonal gradients. Fiber artists can spin the colors individually for solid yarns or blend them for marled or heathered effects.
With a medium micron range of approximately 29–31 microns and a staple length of around 3.5 inches, this wool provides a balanced combination of loft, durability, and structure. The natural crimp adds elasticity and body to handspun yarns while remaining suitable for sculptural felting and textured fiber work.
Because the fibers are prepared as combed wool top, they remain aligned for even drafting, making the bundle approachable for both beginner and experienced spinners using spinning wheels or drop spindles.
